The UNLV AMA Mentorship Program provides members with the opportunity to grow professionally by connecting with peers, alumni, and professionals. Through mentorship, members develop meaningful relationships that foster career growth, leadership skills, and a sense of community.
Our Mission
This program pairs UNLV AMA members as mentors and mentees to support personal and professional development. Pairings meet at least twice a month to exchange knowledge, share experiences, and achieve career goals. Flexibility allows each pairing to tailor the mentorship to their specific needs. The program also hosts group events, professional sessions, and a capstone Showcase to celebrate growth and achievements.

The UNLV AMA Big-Little Program fosters community, friendship, and support among members. Bigs mentor and guide Littles, helping them navigate UNLV AMA and college life while creating lasting connections.

Members are paired as “Bigs” and “Littles” to provide guidance, encouragement, and camaraderie. The program encourages regular interaction, shared experiences, and fun social activities throughout the semester.
